RULES

LAST UPDATED: 11 OCTOBER 2026

Happost is useful only if people can trust what they see. These rules apply to everything that is published here: items, stories, comments, reviews, polls, collections, profiles and messages in communities. They apply to affiliates and to members alike.

1. Only Hacoo and YepExpress links

  • An item carries exactly one link, and it must be a Hacoo or a YepExpress link. Links to any other shop, marketplace or website are refused.
  • The link goes in the link field and nowhere else. Links are not allowed in titles, descriptions, comments, reviews, bios, stories or any other text.
  • The link must lead to the item that is shown in the photos. Links that lead somewhere else, to a different item or to a dead page are treated as broken and the item is taken down until it is fixed.

2. No self-promotion, anywhere

  • Do not publish usernames or @handles of other platforms, phone numbers, email addresses, QR codes, invite codes or “find me on …” messages. This includes text written on photos.
  • Do not send people to channels, groups, spreadsheets, link lists or profiles outside Happost.
  • Mentioning another Happost member with @username in a comment is fine.

3. No other advertising

  • Happost is not a place for ads, sponsored messages, giveaways, discount-code drops or promotion of any product, service or platform other than the Hacoo or YepExpress item you are sharing.
  • Do not post the same item again and again to push it up, and do not ask for reactions, subscriptions or ratings in exchange for anything.

4. Your own photos, honest descriptions

  • Use photos you took yourself of the item you are sharing. No catalogue images, no photos taken from other people, no video.
  • Describe what you actually see and know. Do not state prices or sizes, and do not promise things you cannot know, such as delivery dates or stock.
  • Reviews (“I got it too”) may only be posted by members who received the item, with their own photos of it. Paid, traded or invented reviews are forbidden.

5. Branded items: the authenticity declaration

  • If you name a brand, you must tick the authenticity declaration. By ticking it you personally declare that, to the best of your knowledge, the item is a genuine product of that brand.
  • Branded items are always checked by a moderator before they go live.
  • Counterfeits, replicas, “inspired by” copies sold under a brand name and misleading brand use are forbidden. A false declaration counts as a violation and may lead directly to closure.

6. Respect people and the law

  • No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or content that is illegal or infringes someone else’s rights.
  • No fake accounts, vote or review manipulation, scraping, or attempts to get around a moderation decision.

7. What happens when a rule is broken

Content that breaks a rule is removed or refused. For affiliates, violations are counted:

  1. First violation: warning. You are told what was wrong. Automatic approval of your items, if you had it, is switched off.
  2. Second violation: 7-day pause. You cannot share items or stories for seven days.
  3. Third violation: closure. Your affiliate account is closed and your items are taken down.

Serious cases, such as fraud, counterfeit goods or illegal content, can lead to closure without earlier steps. Members who break the rules in comments or reviews can have their content removed and their account restricted or closed.

8. How to report

  • Use the REPORT button on any item, comment, review, story, poll, collection or profile and choose a reason: broken link, brand problem, promotion, fake, or other.
  • A moderator looks at every report. You do not need to be sure that a rule was broken; reports made in good faith never count against you.
  • If you believe a decision about your own content was wrong, tell us through the contact form and it will be reviewed by a person.

These rules are part of the Terms of use.
